The following range will attract a delivery rate of $19.95 per order ($17.95 in South Australia).

Some heavy or large products will attract a delivery rate of $30.00 per order.

The PO BOX address can not be delivered to, please use your home or office address instead.

Some bulky and/or heavy furniture items will attract additional freight charges.

Our customer service team will contact you to advise you of what these charges are on completion of your order being scan packed and at dispatch.

It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it. Business addresses is good for this reason, but if you are having your parcel sent to work, remember to include your company’s name (and the department or level where you work).

Where do we ship to?

We ship to all locations within Australia. Some of our product carries territory restrictions and you might find that you cannot purchase certain items or we may advise you of these territory restrictions when completing your order. In any event we will advise you as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?

If you’re waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now:

  • The delivery times listed above are from the time the parcel is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. So make sure you count the days from the dispatch date, not from the order date. Also, “working days” means Monday to Friday only, and doesn’t include public holidays.
  • If you are having the parcel delivered to work, check with your colleagues and other staff members to ensure someone else hasn’t signed for it.
  • Done the entire above and still no parcel? Call us on 1300 WAXING or email us on warehouse@edistribution.com.au with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
